Andy is respected across the Victorian development sector as a pre-eminent Licensed Surveyor Specialist in large-scale Subdivision and Management.   Andy’s big-project experience, critical-path thinking and ability to foresee and resolve difficult and complex issues, makes him a highly prized member of consultancy teams. 

Andy's judicious approach comes from many years consulting in the sector across construction, civil, residential, industrial and commercial spaces, and at the leading edge of large and complex developments.

From this broad experience, augmented with post-graduate planning qualifications, Andy has developed a rare instinct for navigating the nuances and practicalities of the planning system which frames subdivision and development.

As a past President of the Institution of Surveyors, Andy continues to champion professional development across the industry, and invests within Lyssna Group to train the industry's future top experts and leaders.

Andy is a regular guest lecturer at RMIT University's  School of Mathematical and Geospatial Sciences assisting to shape the surveying profession to come.

Scott Jukes,

Scott draws from over 25 years experience advising and delivering projects across both private and government sectors.   Scott has held roles as a Senior Licensed Surveyor in top tier surveying firms, and also senior policy and project management roles in the Office of Surveyor-General Victoria.

Scott has a reputation as a prudent and innovative fixer, and harnesses his unique knowledge and connections to ensure efficient solutions are delivered.  His expertise ranges across Medium Density, Apartment Complexes and Owners Corporations, Greenfield, Brownfield and Infill Subdivision Developments to dealing with property boundary discrepancies and Crown land. 

Scott brings an intelligent, problem-solving focus to complex negotiations and is dynamic and proactive in pursuit of protecting client’s interests and delivering higher value outcomes.  Scott's exceptional insights into industry and government requirements and insider’s know-how adds power to achieving efficient and cost-effective outcomes for all types of Subdivision Development.

Scott has played leading roles in shaping the profession serving on the Institution of Surveyors' Executive Board for 10 years, including  as President 2009/10.
